On Monday, Kylie Jenner, 22, posted photos of herself wearing Loud Brand Studios’ “Vashtie” dress, a ruched body-con style featuring a sexy, stretchy fishnet bodice. She paired the sexy asymmetrical piece with 2000s-inspired Dior sunglasses, Yeezy slides and gold jewelry. She sported a long and sleek ponytail braid and a matte berry-toned lipstick for the glamorous photos, which captured picturesque scenes from her luxurious desert vacation.
“morning spritz,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star wrote alongside one sultry snap holding a wine glass.
Jenner posted a few selfies on her Instagram Story and three photos on her main feed one hour later wearing the same LoudBrand Studios design with the caption, “i love it here.”
Though Jenner did not tag the designer of the dress, people online quickly figured out that it was made by LoudBrand Studios, a U.K. based Black-owned business.
Shortly after Jenner’s posts, the limited-edition dress sold out, with fans rallying to support the brand. LoudBrand tweeted to thank Jenner and her stylist Jill Jacobs for bringing attention to their brand, and thanked everyone who bought their clothes and followed and shared their content in recent days.
While some people called out Jenner for not tagging the brand in her posts, others were glad to see LoudBrand thrive either way.
